When to Apply

Applying earlier gives you advantages. Best of all, applying earlier doesn’t commit you to making your final decision any sooner. You’ll have more time to complete your application, you’ll get scholarship news earlier, and you’ll still have until May 1 to decide.

For students looking at programs in nursing, game design and animation, we strongly encourage you to complete the application during the Early Action application period.

Admission Requirements and Options

We base our admission decision by reviewing your comprehensive academic and extracurricular record to predict how successful you’ll be at Bradley. Here’s what we look at to determine our decision:

Required:

  1. Completed application
  2. Official copy of a high school transcript sent directly from your high school
  3. One- or two-page personal statement or essay. Be sure to include your full name on each page.

Optional:

  • Standardized test scores, SAT or ACT, are considered by the admission committee only if they are provided.
  • A letter of recommendation may be valuable, such as a letter from a teacher, school counselor, coach, or school activity adviser.
