The Faculty Handbook is a PDF file, which will open in your web browser. Use PDF bookmarks menu that can be opened to the left of the document to navigate among sections. Use PDF search (Ctrl+F) to quickly search through the document. If you cannot open bookmarks, or use the search feature please contact the Service Desk for assistance.
PLEASE NOTE:
On November 20, 2025, the University Senate approved a modification to the Research Misconduct section of the Faculty Handbook to align with changes to federal policy that take effect on January 1, 2026. The Faculty Handbook language cannot be officially updated until Bradley University’s Board of Trustees approves the changes at a forthcoming board meeting; however, the policies and procedures that the University must follow for any case filed on or after January 1, 2026, are available on the Provost’s website.

The Bradley University Faculty Handbook contains statements of policies, procedures, and select information, some of which are interrelated. Therefore, certain sections should not be read out of context. The online Faculty Handbook is the official version and it should not be assumed that any other copies of the Faculty Handbook are current.
