Applicants eligible for a waiver of English language proficiency must meet one of the following requirements:

  1. Applicants who graduated from a college or university where the primary mode of instruction was English in an eligible country. Transcripts from the postsecondary institution must be provided for verification. If mode of instruction is not listed on the transcript, a letter from the institution may be accepted.
