In Bradley’s Management & Leadership program, you’ll learn how to build strong teams, make strategic decisions, and grow organizations from the inside out. Taught by faculty with real-world leadership experience, consulting backgrounds, and published research, the program gives you practical insights you can apply from day one.

Minors
The management and leadership minor, open to all students, introduces you to best practices for leading in organizations. Courses give you foundational knowledge in management and relational skills. You then can customize the minor to your career interests. The minor is an asset to any major, whether it be business or another area of study.
Required Courses – 9 hrs.
- M L 350: Managing for Results in Organizations (3 hrs.)
- M L 356: Human Capital in Organizations (3 hrs.)
- M L 357: Leading Organizations (3 hrs.)
Elective Courses – 6 hrs.
Courses must be selected from M L prefix courses that are not required in the Foster College of Business Core.
