Housing

As you prepare to arrive at Bradley, you should coordinate your housing arrangements in advance. Students who plan ahead have more choices in their housing and then can move directly into the location upon their arrival. If you choose to wait to find housing until you arrive on campus, you must make temporary housing plans for your first couple of days in Peoria.

Here are different options for housing on and around Bradley University’s campus.

On-Campus

There are various residence halls located on-campus, which is where the majority of first and second-year undergraduate students are required to live. Residence halls offer on-campus housing and meal plans for all students. Learn more about on-campus housing through the Office of Residential Living. Undergraduate students can apply for on-campus housing through their BradleyBound portal by completing the Housing Sign Up Form. For fall arrivals, students will be notified of their residence hall assignment around August 10th. For spring arrivals, students will be notified of their residence hall assignment after January 2nd.

Students who have on-campus housing can request to move into their residence hall early by completing the Request Move-In Accommodation and receiving permission from the Office of Residence Life.

Off-Campus

Junior and senior students may choose to live off-campus and all graduate students live off-campus.Two off-campus properties have an affiliation with Bradley University:
