Bradley Association of International and Latino Alumni

The mission of the Bradley Association of International and Latino Alumni (BAILA) is to actively engage Bradley Latino alumni in identifying and postively addressing the issues facing Latinos at Bradley and within Latino communities in the Unites States and abroad. BAILA will achieve its mission by offering its membership meaningful and sustainable opportunities for networking, collaboration, and advocacy.

The Goals and Objectives of BAILA:

  • Networking – While we are a young organization, we strive to provide networking amongst our alumni to offer support and resources. Please follow-us on our social media platforms.
  • Collaboration – We want to work closely with Bradley, the LatinX Students, Alumni, and the Community to ensure we fulfill our vision and mission.
  • Advocacy – At the heart of our organization is the strong Advocacy we embrace to promote the issues facing the Latinx Students, Alumni and Community. Our passion is to bring positive change and meaningful dialogue in bringing awareness. We also stand strong with diverse cultures.
  • Student Engagement – BAILA is a strong supporter of the LatinX Student community at Bradley. We provide annual mentoring and leadership seminars, support the individual Latinx organizations, and are a proud advisor to the LatinX Caucus, an organization of all the student LatinX Organizational Leaders.
  • Student Scholarships and Financial Aid – BAILA is proud to support current students with two annual scholarships to assist with the cost of attending Bradley. We know the financial challenges that many families and students face, and want to help retain students to help them achieve graduation, and ultimately their dreams. In 2020, we received over 100 applications for scholarships, all with incredible stories, passion, engagement, and academic achievements. We also provide funding for student projects, attendance at conferences, and campus activities. Please consider supporting our scholarship and general fund program with your donation.
