Family Weekend

September 16-18, 2022

Family Weekend is a time for families to experience Bradley. Families can enjoy movies together, battle on the Markin Center basketball courts, share a picnic on the quad and cheer on the Braves.

There is no advance registration required and families are invited to choose how to spend their time with their Brave.

Voices from Ukraine Bradley University Theatre 7:30pm Hartmann Center for Performing Arts BU Theatre joins some 200 theatres worldwide to present readings of plays by Ukrainian dramatists - written during the ongoing invasion of their country. This is art of the utmost immediacy, presented free of charge as a benefit supporting relief efforts for displaced Ukrainian civilians. Audience members wishing to donate will be guided to a selection of approved relief organizations. Free admission.

Midwest Dueling Pianos Family Weekend 9pm Hayden Clark Alumni Center Relax, request and enjoy your favorites songs in the Peplow Pavillion in Hayden Clark Alumni Center. This show is a Bradley hit. Cash bar available. This show is PG-13, it is Family Weekend after all!

Pettengill-Morron House Museum 1-4pm 1212 W. Moss Ave. Bradley families are invited to enjoy a guided tour of the historic 1868 Pettengill-Morron House Museum. The mansion at 1212 W. Moss Ave. features antiques, Peoria history, and Bradley memorabilia from the 1930s, including letter sweaters, a beanie, yearbooks and more. Special pricing for BU families is $20 for 3 to 4 visitors. Individual pricing is $10/adults, $5/college and high school students and $3/ages 6-12.There is no charge to visit the gift shop, which includes antiques and jewelry.
