Biography
Jill Wachholz is an accomplished coach and facilitator with more than 20 years of versatile experience. She is passionate about bringing out each client’s best. Drawing from a robust and creative toolbox, she tailors services to fit the unique needs of individuals and their organizations. Using a structured yet flexible approach, she guides people to leverage their strengths, envision new possibilities, build skills, and take focused action to achieve positive outcomes.
Chicago-based, Jill brings a global lens, having coached diverse people in 27 countries and multiple industries. She coaches and leads sessions in leader/team effectiveness, strategic alignment, presentation skills, career satisfaction, and innovation. She was formerly a senior manager/coach/facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership and Korn Ferry. Earlier Jill was an entrepreneur with a video and advertising company in Los Angeles, and writer/producer at Burson-Marsteller PR.
Ms. Wachhoz holds an MS from Northwestern University in corporate education, a BA in media/theater/speech from Indiana University, and is a Certified Professional Coach from the College of Executive Coaching. She is certified in numerous assessments including 360’s from CCL and Korn Ferry, MBTI, Conflict Dynamics Profile, Hogan, and Emotional Intelligence tools. Jill pursues fitness, volunteering, and expressive arts during her free time.
