Biography
Susan’s passion is helping individuals and teams maximize their potential. As a master’s-level professional development coach, trainer and consultant, she has assisted mid-level managers, executives and teams in reaching their goals since 2002.
She specializes in the areas of organizational health, communication, coaching, emotional intelligence, principled negotiation and strategic planning. Her experience includes work with clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, education, health care, marketing, publishing and customer relationship management.
Susan holds masters degrees in liberal studies and human development counseling from Bradley University. Prior to establishing her consulting practice, Susan was a writer and editor for women’s special interest publications for 15 years, developing skills she continues to use in her consulting practice.
