Our instructors this fall include experts and enthusiasts in a wide variety of fields.  For example, you can learn about the Renaissance from emeritus professor of history at Bradley, Dr. Gregory Guzman, in class #10:

Renaissance Europe (9:00 - 10:00 a.m. block)This class will present the Renaissance as part of the transition between the Medieval and Modern Ages in European history.  This period, usually associated with the rebirth of the classical values of the Greek and Roman eras after 1,000 years of medieval emphasis on religion, faith, otherworldliness, and salvation, includes the revival of classical humanism, secularism, rationalism, individualism, and versatility.  We'll also learn about the basic political, economic, social, and philosophical changes that resulted in the rise of a society led by lay intellectuals.  The class instructor is Dr. Gregory G. Guzman, emeritus professor of history at Bradley University.
