Music Business Major

Established in 1948, Bradley’s Music Business degree is the oldest in the United States, and enjoys a long tradition of excellence.

Degree and Curriculum

Bradley Slane College of Communications and Fine Arts offers an undergraduate curriculum leading to a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Music (Music Business)

Students complete coursework in music fundamentals, including theory, sight singing, keyboard skills, and music history. They study with our excellent faculty and participate in a wide variety of ensembles. Additionally, students complete coursework in business fundamentals, including Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.

Music and business knowledge converge in our Music Business Courses. The capstone of the degree is the Music Business Internship.
